Don McCann

Don McCann is currently the President of Photo File, Inc. The company holds licenses with major sports properties and more than 1,200 retired players. Don started at Photo File in 2017. Soon after, he transitioned to the Licensing department where he developed resource-saving process improvements. Later being promoted to VP of Information Systems, Don's resume and his passion for the Company made him a perfect fit when the position of President became available at Photo File. Don told us, "I'm very humbled to have been asked to relaunch Photo File. This is an exciting time at an exciting company! This is no small task, but each day I learn something new as our amazing team works to solve challenges. I look forward to that when I wake up each morning." In addition to his work life, Don McCann volunteers with local not-for-profit groups such as the Mt. Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry. He has taught ESL and GED classes in the community. Don also assists the church with its technology needs and guided the organization through the installation of a state-of-the-art audio-visual system in 2018. "We're very glad to have Don help us out with his expertise and caring," a parishioner said of him. In 2020, Don told the church, "I'm just grateful for this second chance I have at life and I want to give back to the community that has given me so much!" Don McCann graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2005 with a B.S. in Communications. Growing up in New York, he recently moved from Westchester County to Las Vegas. In his free time, Don enjoys the outdoors and frequently hikes with his dog, Bailey. "In New York, you appreciate the outdoors when you can. I'm a summer soul, which is probably why I find Las Vegas so appealing: no raking and no shoveling!" Don's hobbies are boating, grilling and the beach. "There's nothing like spending a day on the water with friends and family. Life is too short to miss out!"

Donald enjoys cooking, grilling, gardening, camping and hiking. Recently, he has hiked Blue Mountain in upstate New York. Camping is among his favorite pastimes, particularly Golden Beach in Raquette Lake, NY. Donald can often be found cooking either on the grill or in the kitchen. Some of his favorite foods are “any kind of seafood-especially sushi!” On summer weekends, Donald frequents the beach where he enjoys swimming and collecting shells. “I enjoy peace and tranquility,” says Donald, “it’s important to find quiet time each day. I’ve even started meditating.”
